80% percent AR-15 Lower receiver

80% AR-15 Lower receivers start as 7075-T6 forgings from the Cerro forge in the US and are fully machined to mil-spec tolerances. The following areas are not completed, fire control group area, trigger pin, hammer pin, trigger slot and the safety selector hole.  These are the Gen3 80% lower receivers and have the rear lug area almost completely cut out.

This AR15 80% lower receiver is a not an FFL item. This is not a complete receiver and still requires machining to be done. We have a copy of the ATF determination letter and the determination update stating that it is not a firearm.
